If you find that your soap dispenser isn't working as it should, it's most likely due to a clog caused by dried soap. This can occur when a pump is used infrequently, particularly in guest baths and seasonal residences.

We offer two repair options:

1. Self-Service Repair: Most clogs can be fixed right in your home, following a few simple steps; for details please review the easy-to-follow instructions posted here.

2. Full-Service Repair: For a service charge of $25.00 per pump, we'll clean and repair the pump mechanism, replace any parts required to put the unit back into good working order, and ship it back to you. To purchase this service, just select the number of pumps that need service, add to your shopping cart and check out with your credit card.

When you receive your order confirmation, please follow these steps:

1. Unscrew the pump top on your soap dispenser, rinse and dry it, and pack the top only in a padded envelope or small box.

2. Print your order confirmation and include it in the package.

3. Mail your package to: Labrazel, 1007 Farmington Avenue, Suite 19, West Hartford, CT 06107. The initial mailing is at your expense; we'll return the pump top to you at our expense.
