Free Shipping Details:
Receive Free Ground Shipping on orders over $150 shipping to destinations within the contiguous USA. No sale code required. The offer will be applied to orders with a pre-tax total of $150 or more. Expedited shipping options can be selected for an additional fee. This free shipping offer is not applicable for Trade/Wholesale Accounts.
If your order includes any items that are not in stock, we will contact you with expected delivery times.
Please be aware that lead times for all handcrafted, imported products can be affected by unforeseen production and shipping issues. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will contact you with an update.
All orders ship from Connecticut. Transit times for shipping will be determined by your location and the shipping service that you select.
For Destinations within the USA:
Standard Delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground service, and generally will arrive in 3-7 business days.
For faster delivery within the USA we offer Next Day and Two Day shipping service for in-stock orders. For all expedited orders, please allow one full business day for order processing prior to shipment.
Next-Day orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver service and will be delivered by 3PM. Two-Day orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air Service and will be delivered by the end of the day.
For Destinations outside the USA:
Please allow five full business days for order processing prior to shipment.
We ship internationally via DHL. The service options for your address will be displayed in your shopping cart. Please be aware that our quotes for shipping outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), or import consumption taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. We are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
Also, please be aware that our return policy does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason the recipient chooses to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
For shipments outside the contiguous 48 states, we recommend using a freight forwarder such as myus.com. A freight forwarder must verify the order was received as ordered and inspect it for any damages. Any international shipments will be made at the risk of the customer. We cannot be responsible for replacing any damaged or defective items that are shipped outside the contiguous 48 US states.
For orders shipped internationally, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with any return, including shipping charges and any applicable duties and taxes. In order to receive credit the customer must notify us in advance of the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) and any returned items must then ship within ten days of receipt of the RA. Only items that are received in their original packaging and undamaged will be eligible for credit.
Please confirm that your shipping address is 100% correct when placing an order with us. If an address is undeliverable or the delivery is refused, you will be charged a restocking fee in addition to all shipping costs.
Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.
Some items may ship in multiple packages. This will not affect your shipping costs.
